Wine Tour Guides

David Quist

Lt. Dave, Air Force airman, learned about wine entertaining doctors during his 35 year career in capital medical equipment. His personal cellar, peaking at 750 bottles, is down to 150 now. He hasn’t met a bottle he didn’t like.

Lynn Yates

Since moving to Napa over 20 years ago, I have focused on hospitality and grape growing. I enjoy cooking with seasonal fruits and vegetables and spending time with my family, especially the grandchildren.

Lance Ruttledge

A Wine tour guide and operator for over 23 years and still love what I’m doing. I am also part of the Napa Valley Tour Guide Guild.

Tommy Sturtevant

After a career in the military and as a police officer, I have moved back to Sonoma to help my parents with the wine tour business. I worked 2 seasons in wine cellars and studying to get my WSET level 2 certification.

Tom Griffith

Tom has been conducting private wine tasting tours in Napa and Sonoma since 2005. He has been a panel member in judging wine competitions, and has taught classes in proper wine tasting techniques. As a wine educator and author, he has published the “Insiders Guide to Napa Wineries” and the “Simplified Guide to Wine Tasting Kit” that provides a solid knowledge about the grape growing and wine making process as well as how to conduct wine tastings at home using professional judging techniques.

Mike Zimmerman

Mike is a native San Franciscan, with family roots in New Orleans, who’s lived in Napa since2004. When his “tech job” moved to India in 2009, he decided to forsake Mumbai, remain in Napa, and start driving wine tours. He makes a lot less money and has a LOT more fun.

Dan Roseland

After living in Sonoma and the wine country for 17 years you learn a lot about wine and I became a wine lover. I like showing tour groups the beautiful vineyard countryside. Most of all I love seeing people enjoy the experience we give by going to the special smaller wineries that are not well known but a very pleasant surprise
